At Kowtow, we are committed to ethical production and your complete satisfaction. If your purchase isn't quite right, you can return full-priced items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original organic cotton bags with all tags attached, ensuring the garment is in its original unworn condition.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the generated prepaid shipping label from the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your reusable mailing satchel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to your local postal service and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund or exchange within 5 business days of receipt.
